Built on the science of the female nervous system, Somatic Foundations takes you from braced to resourced through practice, not more talking about it.

This is for you if you're the one holding the whole house together, even with help at home, tracking everyone else's needs while your own stack up and go unnoticed. Or if you're the one who's done the therapy, the yoga, the breathwork, and can explain your patterns perfectly and still can't stop running them.
