The world feels heavy right now. And when the world feels heavy, the body knows it first, before the mind finds the words, before you even realise how much you've been holding.

This is an invitation to put it down for an hour.

Not to fix anything. Not to process or perform. Just to come home to yourself, through movement, breath, and the quiet intelligence of your own nervous system.

The female nervous system regulates through oxytocin — the safety, bonding, and beauty hormone. Scent, touch, warmth, and slowness are not indulgences. They are the most direct pathways back to calm that your biology knows.

Not as a concept, as a felt experience. You’ll leave this session having actually moved your nervous system out of activation and into safety. That shift is real, and it’s yours to keep.

The somatic tools we move through together aren’t one‑time experiences. They’re simple, body‑based practices you can reach for whenever the world gets loud again — at home, on your own, in five minutes or fifty.

3. The reminder that you're not alone in this

There’s something quietly powerful about moving through a practice alongside other women who are also feeling the weight of this moment. You don’t need to talk about it. Just being in the room together is its own kind of medicine.

WHAT TO EXPECT INSIDE THE SOMA RITUAL

  • 0–10 min · Opening conversation
    Constanze and Senda in dialogue: why beauty, scent, and somatic practice belong together, and why it matters right now.

  • 10–15 min · Arrival
    Settling into your body, gathering what you need, transitioning from the noise of the day.

  • 15–25 min · Grounding
    Gentle somatic movement to land in the body. The first invitation to use touch and sensation as a way home.

  • 25–50 min · The practice
    A guided somatic journey. Movement, breath, scent, and sensation woven together into a full nervous system ritual.

  • 50–60 min · Integration & landing
    Stillness, a body scan, and a few words on how to carry this state with you beyond the session.
