That’s because your nervous system is stuck in a protection pattern. And you can’t think your way out of a body response. You have to move through it — physically, somatically, at the level of the body itself.

That’s what Somatic Foundations is designed to do.

Three extended somatic workshops to bring your body out of survival mode.


Somatic Foundations is a structured, body-based programme built on the science of the female nervous system. It teaches you how your body stores stress, why it gets stuck, and — most importantly — how to release it. Not through talk. Through practice.


Workshop 1: Foundations of Safety

Learn how your nervous system decides whether you’re safe or under threat — and why it’s different for the female body. You’ll discover your personal regulation pattern (freeze, fight, flight, fawn) and build a daily micro-practice tailored to YOUR body. You’ll walk away with tools that take under 10 minutes and work every time.

Workshop 2: The Emotional Body

The tightness in your chest. The lump in your throat. The anger you can’t place. This workshop teachesyou how emotions get trapped in the body and the simplest, safest ways to bring them back into motion. Includes structured practices for processing anger, grief, and the exhaustion that comes from years of suppression. This is where women consistently report the biggest breakthroughs.

Workshop 3: Integration & Embodied Living

Bridge the gap between “feeling calm in a workshop” and “living regulated in real life.” This session anchors your practices into daily rhythms, relationships, and high-stress moments. Learn how your regulation becomes your children’s co-regulation. How to hold boundaries in your body, not just your words. How to trust what your body is telling you.

Each workshop runs 2.5–3 hours — long enough to go deep, structured enough to feel safe. Sessions are spaced across weeks, so you have time to practise, integrate, and notice what shifts in between.
