Drawing on 15+ years of yoga teaching, 1,000+ hours of somatic training, and a decade of living in my own body’s unlearning, I work with women who are not beginners to personal development.

You’ve done the therapy. Probably the breathwork class, the Ayurveda retreat, the meditation app. You track your cycle. You understand your attachment style. You know what a nervous system is.

And yet you still find yourself:

• Oscillating between overdrive and collapse

At the intersection of body, breath, and belief

Most women who come to me have already experienced what are called top-down approaches — modalities that work primarily with thought, belief, and cognition. Talk therapy. Journaling. Mindset work. Affirmations.

These can be useful. But when they operate alone, they often create insight without lasting change. You understand the pattern. You can name it beautifully. And it still runs you.

The work we do here is different. It combines top-down and bottom-up.

State influences thought. Thought influences state.

Your nervous system is constantly regulating itself based on the capacity it currently has available. When that capacity expands — through the body, not just the mind — the quality of your thinking, your decision-making, and your relationship with yourself naturally shifts alongside it.

I don’t work with your thoughts first. I work with your body. Because 80% of signals travel from the body up to the brain. Only 20% go the other way.

Your body has been trying to tell you something. This work helps you listen.

What this work is really about

If I had to say it simply: the work is about capacity. The capacity to:

  • Hold intensity without collapsing or dissociating
  • Move toward what you want without panic, shame, or self-sabotage
  • Rest without earning it first
  • Stay present in relationships without over-functioning or withdrawing
  • Feel pleasure without guilt
  • Trust your body as a source of truth — not another thing to optimise
  • Hold two truths at the same time without needing to resolve them immediately

As capacity expands, clarity and direction often emerge on their own. Not because you forced an insight, but because your body finally feels safe enough to show you what it knows.

We don't go digging for the hard stuff. We widen the container so you're resourced enough to meet whatever arises.

Nourish, not fix

Most healing spaces start from the assumption that something is wrong with you. That
there’s a trauma to process, a pattern to break, a wound to excavate.

I start from a different place.

What if your body doesn’t need to be fixed? What if it needs to be nourished? What if the most powerful thing you could do isn’t go deeper — but go wider?

The women I work with don’t need more catharsis. They need more capacity for pleasure, for rest, for not-knowing, for both-and instead of either-or. They need the experience of being met by someone who is not performing healing either.

I’m not the healed teacher on a pedestal. I’m the woman who found her body as home. And I sit in this work with you as equal.

Who this work is not for

This probably isn’t the right space if you’re looking for:

• Quick fixes or rapid mindset hacks
• Motivational coaching or accountability only
• Someone to tell you exactly what to do
• A healed guru with all the answers
• Purely cognitive problem-solving

There are many excellent approaches for those things. This work is slower, deeper, and more relational. It asks you to feel, not just think.

How we work together

I work with clients over a minimum of four months. This is the time it takes for the nervous system to build genuine safety, begin reorganising around new patterns, and allow change that actually lasts. Some women notice shifts within the first session. Others need longer. Both are honoured.

Foundation Container

  • Duration: 4 months
  • Price: AED 8,000 or 4 monthly payments of AED 2,100


For women ready to build a somatic foundation. We establish your baseline, introduce BreathPlay™ and nervous system education, and begin working with the patterns that are most alive for you right now.

  •  75-minute sessions, fortnightly (in-person Dubai or online)
  • Voice note support between sessions
    Access to my somatic practice library
  • Cycle-aware session planning — I work with where you are in your cycle, not against it

Deep Roots Container (recommended)

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Price: AED 12,000 or 6 monthly payments of AED 2,100


For women who want to go all the way in. The additional time allows us to work with the deeper layers — attachment patterns, inner child work, the shame-pleasure dynamic — at a pace your nervous system can actually integrate.

  • 75-minute sessions, fortnightly (in-person Dubai or online)
  • Voice note support between sessions
  • Access to my somatic practice library
  • Cycle-aware session planning — I work with where you are in your cycle, not against

  • Mid-point integration session
  • 3 months access to Gather (our online practice space)

What informs this work

My practice is grounded in somatic coaching, nervous system education, and the lived experience of finding my own body as home after years of performing my way through life.

In our work together, I draw from:

  • Somatic Experiencing principles: to work with incomplete survival responses stored in the body,
  • Polyvagal theory: to understand how your nervous system creates states of safety, connection, or shutdown,
  • Internal Family Systems: to meet the different parts of you with curiosity instead of judgment,
  • Cycle-aware coaching: to work with your menstrual cycle as a map rather than against it, and,
  • BreathPlay™— my proprietary method of oxytocin-based, feminine breathwork designed for the female nervous system.

Together, we work with your nervous system, your relational patterns, the wisdom of your cycle, and the somatic dialogue between you and your own body. Through this process, we begin resolving what got stuck, loosening what you've been gripping, and reconnecting you with the fuller sense of self that already exists beneath the performance.
